After we have confirmed your trip, we ask you to pay a 10% deposit of the trip price to the following account:

Cancellation conditions
Individual stays
Up to 60 days before departure there are no costs, deposits will be refunded. The following cancellation fees are due from the total price:
60 to 30 days before arrival 30% of the tour price
29 days to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the tour price
7 days to 0 days before arrival 70% of the tour price
Cancellation conditions seminars/workshops
No charges up to 60 days before departure, deposits will be refunded. The following cancellation fees are due from the total price:
60 to 20 days before arrival 50% of the tour price
20 days to 7 days prior to arrival 60% of the tour price
7 days to 0 days before arrival 80% of the tour price
Of course we will always try to find a replacement for your participation and in this case we will refund the full price. Should we not succeed in doing so, we ask for your understanding that we have to claim the above-mentioned cancellation fees, as workshops and seminars are tightly calculated, and in some cases the implementation is also dependent on the minimum number of participants.
Cancellation conditions for closed societies
No charge up to 60 days before departure,
half of the deposit will be retained as a handling fee. The following cancellation fees are due from the total price:
60 days to 30 days before arrival 50% of the tour price
30 days to 7 days prior to arrival 70% of the tour price
7 days to 0 days before arrival 80% of the tour price
Special cancellation conditions
In the event of a pandemic, you can cancel free of charge if there is a demonstrable reason.
We assume that no one would cancel a holiday trip for a reason that is not valid, so we will of course always try to be accommodating. Please remember to have travel cancellation insurance, which would reimburse any claims.
